RealPage is seeking a Customer Solution Architect in the United States to partner with customers and internal teams to craft scalable, integrated RealPage solutions that drive ROI and operational efficiency. You will translate business challenges into technical designs and lead deployments of SaaS-based solutions across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management or related roles, a business-focused degree, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• Customer-facing professional with 2+ years in account management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience configuring SaaS deployments at scale and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of property management is required at corporate and property levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Listen to customers and identify root cause; own resolution and follow-up.
• Communicate with diverse audiences, including C-suite; tailor messaging.
• Maintain knowledge of RealPage solutions and advise on best practices for operations.
• Set and manage customer expectations to improve experience and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to improve processes and visibility.
• Work with others across the organization to achieve shared goals.
