RealPage is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to partner with customers and internal teams to translate business challenges into scalable, integrated RealPage solutions. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and driving ROI through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting multifamily real estate clients and guiding solution implementations that improve operational efficiency and time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing professional with 3–4 years in account management/support, product management, or end-user communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Proficient in configuring and deploying SaaS applications at scale with ROI focus.
• Strong knowledge of property management concepts at corporate and property levels.
• Able to navigate people and data to find answers and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and use analysis to identify root causes; own resolution and follow-up
• Communicate and present to audiences from leasing staff to C-Suite; tailor the message
• Maintain expertise in RealPage solutions and advise owners/operators on best practices
• Set and manage customer expectations to improve experience and reduce risk
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to drive efficiency
• Work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals
