Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team, driving revenue growth and customer success. The role partners with sales and the Americas revenue team to ensure technical excellence and strong customer relationships.

You will guide strategy, mentor architects, and help recruit top talent while aligning with regional sales goals and product gaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, retaining top talent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling.
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs.
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar.
