Job summary

Dot Foods, Inc. in Mt. Sterling, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team.

The role includes a 14-week training program and coverage of various territories after training, with a path to a traditional Customer Service territory as vacancies arise. You will manage a high volume of inquiries, coordinate with multiple internal departments, and work with a team including outside sales and regional teammates.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Office; able to handle high volume inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer questions and requests, providing appropriate solutions and timely resolutions.
• Serve as liaison between customer and internal departments (Replenishment, Pricing, AR, Transportation).
• Process customer orders to meet internal deadlines.
• Go above and beyond to meet customer needs with empathy.
• Collaborate with outside sales, regional teammates and internal customers.
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste in the role.
