Job summary

Dot Foods, a family-owned and growing company, seeks a DTI Admin in Mt Sterling, IL to support the Admin department with critical reports, system downloads, and payroll processing for Owner Operators and drivers.

The role requires proficiency in Excel/Word, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train others while collaborating with IT to improve payroll processes across distribution centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and measures key areas Transportation is responsible for.
• Follows up on inquiries requiring data extraction from systems.
• Documents procedures and creates work instructions for training.
• Trains and educates payroll software usage and processes across centers.
• Provides general support for staff and internal/external customers.
• Participates in committees and professional group meetings.
• Works with IT to develop and test payroll programs.
• Applies lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste.
