Dot Foods, a pioneer in the food industry supply chain, is seeking a Dispatch Specialist in Mt. Sterling, IL to support the Transportation Department. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and other Dot/DTI employees to keep schedules and service levels on track.

This role demands excellent customer service, scheduling via phone, email, or web, clear driver communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent mathematical and reading skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Schedule appointments with customers via phone, email, or web.
• Communicate with drivers on schedules and work assignments.
• Work with multiple departments and manage a diverse workload.
