Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and field technicians to diagnose issues and provide timely solutions.
• Record and maintain documentation for installations and troubleshooting interactions.
• Coordinate return and tracking of loaner equipment.
• Create and manage customer supply order tickets and maintain records.
