Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year of claims, customer service and/or call center experience or an education/experience combo.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and hiring, coaching, mentoring and addressing disciplinary issues promptly.
• Develop staff morale and support career growth and professional development.
• Monitor and evaluate performance, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
• Supervise and motivate staff for timely, accurate call/email/web responses.
• Identify training needs, implement process improvements and share knowledge across areas.
