BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a Group Sales Administrator for an onsite role in Columbia, SC. This full-time position supports clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment processing and underwriting compliance.

You will review documents, verify benefits, and enter data into enrollment systems while coordinating with sales and underwriting. A strong customer-service mindset and detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 2 years related experience accepted as equivalency.
• Experience with group marketing, membership, underwriting, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review forms/documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Contact agents or groups for missing information and verify coverage benefits.
• Enter group/member data into enrollment system and assist underwriting.
• Handle inquiries from agents, groups, and customers; coordinate training as needed.
• Travel between buildings may be required; typical 40-hour workweek, occasional overtime.
