Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily activities of the Customer Service staff in our Florida operations. You will allocate work, coach staff, and ensure accurate order processing and billing support to meet customer expectations.

You'll train team members on SOPs, handle complex inquiries, assist with quotes, and coordinate bookings with sales to maintain service levels. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5–7 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Ability to type 35 WPM, including alpha-numeric keys and 10-key; cash handling.
• Familiar with rate orders and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work and provides direction, assistance and training to staff and coaches performance.
• Trains employees on SOPs and safe work practices.
• Assists CS team with complex service questions, billing issues, or complaints.
• Manages bid schedule and workload to ensure timely handling of requests.
• Oversees new order process for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepares quotes and proposals; coordinates bookings and sales activities.
• Ensures production activities meet customer expectations.
