Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to handle and process incoming calls and requests from customers, both by phone and in person. The role involves order processing, data entry, and ensuring accurate customer records, with opportunities to assist across billing and basic accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will have aHigh School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a customer-focused mindset to maintain high service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-4 years related experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Ability to work with basic office equipment and phone systems.
• Ability to type 35 WPM with alpha-numeric keys and a 10-key pad.
• Working knowledge of billing and payment processing; familiar with rate orders and contracts.
• Clear and professional communication; contributes to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes, prepares, tracks and expedites customer orders and inquiries by phone and in person.
• Fills out necessary paperwork; maintains customer information database; generates reports.
• Refers service failure complaints to designated departments for investigation.
• Assists in resolving customer complaints.
• Inputs information regarding inspections and payments.
• Prepares and maintains correspondence with customers.
• May maintain a cash drawer and process cash payments.
• May be responsible for basic accounting responsibilities.
• Responsible for special projects as needed.
• Prepare documentation for adjustments to customer accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
