Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an engaged Team Member to assist the Team Leader in daily operations, including cash management, merchandising, and regulatory compliance. You will help develop Team Members and uphold health and safety regulations while embodying WFM core values.

You will deliver excellent customer service, support cost and labor targets, and contribute to a positive store environment. Flexible scheduling may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with cost, margin, expense and labor targets and regular SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers outstanding customer service.
• Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve cost, margin, expense and labor targets.
• Follows through on customer questions and requests; resolves concerns as needed.
• Evaluates and documents Team Member work performance.
• Provides accurate, timely performance evaluations.
