Qualifications

• One year customer service/cashier supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location.
• Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers; follow cash handling procedures.
• Train, develop and supervise associates; define workload.
• Monitor associate retention and career development; address performance issues.
• Support scheduling, hiring, payroll and business planning processes.
