Kohl’s is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead and develop associates in delivering fast, friendly service and accurate transactions. You will coach teams to meet daily goals, uphold brand standards, and ensure efficient store operations, including POS handling, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices.

Ideal candidates have proven experience supervising retail staff, strong communication skills, and flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising teams or associates, coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS, customer service standards and company guidelines.
• Support merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; uphold Kohl’s brand standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes such as register balancing and cash handling.
• Model integrity, teamwork, and customer service mindset; drive loss prevention awareness.
