Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor in New Jersey to lead associates in delivering outstanding customer service through floor merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will coach, develop and supervise staff while consistently executing merchandising processes to support store goals.

You will drive product presentation, manage on-floor stock, and ensure pricing accuracy while partnering with the Merchandising Manager to implement brand standards and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction, and adapt as needed with the Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Keep product on the floor at appropriate levels by remerchandising and replenishing as necessary.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to execute company direction to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities in store with accurate changes and ticketing procedures.
