Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support store-wide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools; uphold Kohl’s brand standards.
• Assist inventory accuracy through timely merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register and cash balancing.
