Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising checkers and baggers, writing schedules for peak coverage, and handling service center duties such as payments, lottery, cash drawer audits, and store safety. Training will be provided at store level.

Qualifications

• DUTIES: Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
• Take on the duties of the Customer Service Manager when they are not on-site
• Supervision of checkers and baggers to maximize efficiency of checkout process
• Write schedule for baggers, checkers, U-scan and service center ensuring proper coverage during all business hours
• Perform all service center duties including utility payments, lottery, cash drawer audits, and store safe management
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
