Schnucks is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Manager to lead frontline service at a Schnucks store. You will ensure friendly customer interactions, supervise cashiers and baggers, and maintain smooth checkout operations.

The role also involves scheduling, on-site coverage, and assuming Customer Service Manager duties when needed, along with service center tasks such as utilities, lottery, and cash drawer audits.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Supervise checkers and baggers to maximize checkout efficiency.
• Write schedules for baggers, checkers, U-scan and service center ensuring proper coverage during all business hours.
• Take on the duties of the Customer Service Manager when they are not on-site.
• Perform service center duties including utility payments, lottery, cash drawer audits, and store safe management.
