Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at our North Carolina location. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes team leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication, with opportunities to improve processes, signage updates, and price changes while opening/closing the store as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related roles to front-end and inventory accuracy
• Lead inventory management and accuracy store-wide
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines
• Oversee store signage, pricing, and TOD updates
• Assist customers with product questions and selections
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust tracking system
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy
• Audit reports on inventory control and returns
