Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Scottsdale to lead a dynamic team at the front end and ensure inventory accuracy. You will supervise Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists, oversee cashiering processes, returns, and e-commerce support, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes team leadership, detailed organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions
• Research inventory-related discrepancies and make adjustments in the inventory system
