CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering excellent customer service and handling daily property duties. You will lease units, process payments, and assist in maintaining a safe, clean facility.

Role emphasizes customer relationships, sales goals, and operational tasks, with standard daytime hours and potential Sundays off in some locations. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver standout service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operations including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, and process payments via POS; handle deposits and late-payment calls.
• Maintain facility by cleaning units and grounds and ensuring safe conditions.
