Guild Garage Group in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for customers, answer inquiries, and schedule service calls. Initially, the role is in-office Monday–Friday 8–5 with a 60–90 day onboarding; after training, weekend work becomes remote for Sat/Sun while weekdays stay in office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus).
• Weekend availability (once onboarding and training is complete).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we'll train the right person!).

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency
• Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates
• Research solutions and respond to customer needs with friendly, helpful support
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience
• Learn our offerings inside and out—becoming a knowledgeable go-to resource
