Job summary

Guild Garage Group LLC in Elmwood Park, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary link between customers and our field teams. You will handle scheduling, provide empathetic support, and help manage a high-volume call flow in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers on-site, full-time work with Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays, with hourly compensation between $22 and $26, depending on experience. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred in residential/home services.
• Scheduling/dispatch experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is helpful; training is available.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
• Manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Communicate appointment details, updates, and schedule changes.
• Address customer concerns and follow through on outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that meet customer needs.
• Learn services and processes to become a trusted resource.
