Check Into Cash in Merced, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers with transactions, provide personalized financial services, and enter data into a POS system. This is a full-time, in-store position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.

• Participate in on-site tasks and events.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Maintain office security protocols and cash handling procedures as needed.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
• Work full-time with in-person attendance, including weekends.
