Job summary

Roseville Toyota, part of Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), is hiring a Customer Service Specialist/BDC Administrator. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with service, sales, parts and finance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We offer $21.00 per hour with monthly performance bonus opportunities. You should have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls.
• Demonstrated, stable job history.
• Willingness to participate in professional development to stay current on industry knowledge and systems.
• Welcome approach and appearance.
• Must speak clearly and have a pleasant phone disposition.
• Experience handling support requests from multiple channels.
• Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer.
• Experience establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (no cold calling).
• Schedule service appointments using dealership software.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs.
• Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination.
• Perform light administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and copying documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
• Provide first-class customer support.
