Lithia & Driveway Roseville Toyota seeks a Customer Service Specialist/BDC Administrator to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and maintain customer records with a focus on high-quality service.

You will support the service department, engage with customers across channels, and contribute to a positive dealership experience while developing automotive industry skills in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of heavy inbound and outbound calls required.
• Stable job history required.
• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and navigate new systems.
• Excellent phone demeanor and clear speech.
• Experience handling support requests from multiple channels.
• Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Schedule service appointments using dealership software.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs.
• Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination.
• Perform light administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying).
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
