You will interact with multiple departments to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality service while supporting a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook) and comfortable using customer service software.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate within a group to solve departmental issues.

Responsibilities

• Field and handle inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors.
• Distribute all customer correspondence produced by order entry.
• Timely acknowledgment of backorders and short shipments.
• Provide quotes and pricing to customers.
• Update CRM with necessary project information from start to finish.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
