Job summary

The Caldwell Group Inc in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the overall customer experience. You will develop quotes, process and expedite purchase orders, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

You will enter orders by phone, fax, and email, record interactions in CRM/M1 ERP, follow up on quotes, and collaborate with TRS, Project Manager, and Engineering teams to answer questions and resolve problems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Three years of customer service experience, preferably within the material handling industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven proficiency with MS Office and a basic understanding of technology.
• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals in various departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops customer quotes for multiple product lines and adds on products to support requested items.
• Enters orders for new units and parts by phone, fax and email, sending acknowledgements and following up per schedule.
• Answers questions from potential and existing customers and engages support teams as needed.
• Expedites orders per customer requests and follows procedure for expedite fees.
• Keeps records of customer interactions in CRM and M1 ERP.
• Follows up on open quotes and converts quotes to orders or deletes quotes as appropriate.
