You will connect with members, answer questions, review benefit options, schedule appointments, complete digital documentation, and ensure all information is handled accurately and professionally. This role is well-suited for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
