Responsibilities

• Organize keys and filing documents by internal coding and Lot number, uploading documents to the web each sale.
• Actively communicate with departments, teams and customers who sign up equipment for documents such as LOLCs and Purge Documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: take personal responsibility for safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
