Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wichita, KS to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale day activities.

You will work with several departments, handle document organization, data entry tasks, and communicate with customers about required documents and auxiliary services, while upholding safety commitments and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents using internal codes and Lot number; upload documents to the web after each sale.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and customers signing up equipment; provide necessary documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Inform customers about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and participate in safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
