• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other business systems.
• Experience with ERP/order-entry systems or label-printing software is a plus.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, pricing, and product availability.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately while maintaining customer records and documentation.
• Monitor orders from entry through fulfillment and communicate updates or issues to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify labels and order-related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Partner with operations, logistics, accounting, and sales teams to resolve issues and support customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional service and follow-up.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
