Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in the Orlando, FL area is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support order management, customer communications, and issue resolution in a fast-paced B2B environment.

You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure orders are entered accurately, shipped on time, and customer concerns are resolved efficiently, with opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, EDI orders, customer portals, or deduction management is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from entry through shipment.
• Monitor open orders, pricing holds, and delivery timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies, deductions, and order exceptions.
• Communicate proactively regarding delays, shortages, and product availability.
• Support internal sales and commercial teams with order updates and customer information.
• Track service metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed.
