Job summary

Sdmsconnect is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, process orders, and support purchasing or inventory tasks. The role emphasizes professional communication and accurate data entry.

You will handle sales orders, invoices, and related documents, deliver timely responses to inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships in a dynamic environment at our Spring Hill location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with purchasing or inventory management is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Create and track sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
• Maintain professionalism with customers and deliver excellent service
• Ensure orders are entered accurately and follow up on missing information and open orders
• Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents
• Respond to customer questions promptly with accurate information
