Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide service to customers and clients by placing and monitoring orders. You will work closely with Business Development Assistants and Managers to support sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include entering orders via EDI, ensuring accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Enters and processes accurate and timely orders using EDI.
• Ensures accurate entry with client items/policies for proper delivery.
• Reconcile orders and resolve discrepancies in the system.
• Supports administrative activities and liaises with Business Development Managers.
• Assist in meeting objectives by understanding sales volume and profitability.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction through proactive input and problem solving.
