Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a customer-focused team member to act as the key contact for branch order support, delivering accurate product information and processing dealer orders. You will work with Sales, Delivery, Credit and Production teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and basic math skills, with opportunities to grow within a leading energy-efficient insulation and building materials company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide order support and product information for customers.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world class service.
• Exemplary customer service skills, analytics and problem- solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
