Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, order processing, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate communication.
• Perform customer verification processes and maintain accurate account and transaction records.
• Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary and support individual and team performance goals.
