Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Branchburg, NJ location. The CSR serves as the frontline resource for customers, handling 40–60 calls per day, entering 80–100 orders daily, and maintaining a professional, respectful demeanor at all times.

This full-time role offers $18.50 per hour, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, and immediate benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans plus a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• 40–60 calls daily.
• 80–100 orders daily with <1% errors.
• Must be able to type at least 55 words per minute.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with urgency.
• Follow up with internal staff and customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support for customers (40-60 calls daily).
• Order entry (80-100 orders daily) with <1% errors and must type at least 55 WPM.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Research and troubleshoot order/invoice issues with the Customer Service Lead/Manager.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with urgency.
• Follow up & communicate timely with internal staff and customers.
