You will manage inbound webstore orders, verify information, and coordinate with production and shipping to provide timely updates and accurate lead times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter inbound sales orders, repair requests and approvals.
• Send order confirmations with accurate ship date.
• Communicate with customers regarding sales orders, product availability, shipment delays and other sales information.
