Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role in Springfield, MO. The CSR will manage high volumes of calls, process orders, and coordinate with the Production Scheduler to provide accurate shipping information.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, plus Excel expertise. Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, $19/hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct customer service experience.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet creation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of incoming customer calls.
• Process and print customer orders and update ERP/CRM records.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduler on shipping dates.
• Address inquiries and resolve order issues professionally and promptly.
• Generate leads through outbound calls to customers.
