Job summary

Workforce Solutions has partnered with a Madison, WI family-owned manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their onsite team. You will be the main customer contact, handling product information, order management, and shipping inquiries while maintaining professional communication.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling challenging situations and tight deadlines with professionalism.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Experience working within ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and products.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist customers with product information, order management, shipping inquiries, and service-related requests while maintaining professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Support the order entry process and manage administrative tasks.
• Learn the company's products and systems to become a trusted resource for customers.
