The role serves as the primary contact for customers, handling product information, order management, shipping inquiries and service requests while maintaining professional communication and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Able to learn new systems, processes, and products quickly.
