Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding orders and service inquiries.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails for timely resolution.
• Handle 40–50 customer interactions per day.
• Provide accurate service and pricing information to customers and sales reps.
• Assist customers with residential, commercial and other service offerings.
• Escalate calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinate with customer service, dispatch and sales teams.
• Assist sales with contract processing, invoicing and projects.
• Communicate with municipalities and business customers in writing.
• Identify process improvements and support departmental initiatives.
