Job summary

Tower Loan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, process payments, promote loan products, and help customers achieve their financial goals. This full-time, on-site role offers training, growth opportunities, and a strong promote-from-within culture.

You will handle cash, balance drawers, assist with loan applications, and support branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including but not limited to balancing and preparing deposits accurately.
Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies, etc.
Process loan applications and collect payments due.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
