Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and help customers find the right financial solutions. This on-site, full-time role centers on accurate payments processing, account maintenance, and proactive customer engagement.

You will balance cash, handle deposits, and support branch operations while pursuing opportunities to advance into leadership roles through our training programs and growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred: Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Balance and deposit cash accurately and maintain cash drawers.
• Perform office administrative tasks such as mail, filing, and supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
