Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Specialist, answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternate routes.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through active listening.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and safeguarding privacy.
