Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technician appointments to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and safeguard privacy.
