Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service; perform basic math as needed.
