Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Marysville, WA to serve as the main point of contact for customers, support order processing, and provide product information. You will work with Sales, Production, and Delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, basic math, reliability, and the ability to learn new computer systems. Local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.
If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven success learning new computer systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
Demonstrate exemplary customer service, analytics and problem solving.
Use computers to process and review dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
