Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from internal and external customers, create service cases and document interactions accurately.

• Research and resolve billing issues and service-related concerns per company policies.
• Update and maintain customer records and case notes in the system with complete documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service.
• Provide appropriate solutions within service timeframes and follow up on resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain productivity and service quality standards; perform other duties as assigned.
